Dr. Kramer is very experienced dentist, tried his best with painful procedures, however I wish he could explain procedures and consent more (i e. I'm going to xyz, is that okay?). He has a full plate so he takes the assumption you're ready to go, so I can give some credit as he's very busy and I had some extra wait time to my appointment (but not too excessive 5-15 minutes). Andrea unfortunately the office manager is very rude. She dishes her frustrations of lack of staffing in office on the patient but if a fraction is returned she yells claiming your yelling or badgers until your frustrated then threatens you to be removed because you are now yelling at her even if it's just exasperated sigh or the answer she wants to hear because she won't stop asking, but if are wanting an answer from her she isn't receptive of having to be asked multiple times and you feel you are bothering her. She often interrupts the more flustered she gets. You get equally flustered communicating with her. Though the whole practice in my experience has the attitude whether estimate price or exact, just pay the bill, don't question just pay. I was told it was ok to call and check as much as I need to, lac

Dr Messing I have been going here for a very long time. I love the doctor and staff. They treat you like family. I have received awesome dental care and I appreciate the time and services provided. They recently move to a new location and it is beautiful.

Dr. Messing is a fantastic dentist. He is very thorough in explaining what he is doing and in helping his patients understand their dental options. His hygienist staff is extremely gentle, and they do a wonderful job of making patients comfortable during the cleaning process. I would highly recommend Dr. Messing and his practice to anyone looking for a considerate, thorough, and overall enjoyable dental experience.
